Step by Step Assurance

• Confirmation + scheduling
  We follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm fit and schedule a call or site visit.

• Initial discovery call
  We clarify goals, style preferences, priorities, and decision-makers to ensure alignment.

• Site visit + measurement (technology-assisted)
  We verify dimensions and conditions on-site and document everything to reduce errors.

• Design development + budget alignment
  We create layouts/elevations and align selections to your target investment.

• Design review + revisions
  We walk through the design together, refine details, and confirm the final direction.

• Final approval + deposit
  Once approved, a 50% deposit secures materials and production.

• Production + quality checks
  Cabinetry is manufactured to specification with ongoing quality control.

• Pre-delivery coordination
  We confirm timing, site readiness, and delivery logistics to match your project schedule.

• Delivery (and install coordination if applicable)
  Cabinets are delivered and coordinated with your installer/builder as needed.

• Final walkthrough + closeout
  We confirm everything is delivered as specified and address any final items promptly.
